What documents do I need to rent a car?

You need a valid driver's license (held for at least 1 year), a valid ID card or passport, and a credit card for the deposit. International driving permits are also accepted.

What is the minimum age to rent a car?

The minimum age to rent a car is 21 years old. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge.

Do I need insurance?

Basic insurance is included in all rentals. You can also choose from our insurance packages (Basic Protect, Medium Protect, or Total Protect) for additional coverage.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). A deposit is required at the time of rental, which will be refunded upon return of the vehicle in the same condition.

Where can I pick up and return the car?

You can pick up and return the car at Pristina Airport or our office in Gjakova. We also offer delivery and pickup services for an additional fee.

Is there a mileage limit?

No, all our rentals include unlimited mileage within Kosovo. You can drive as much as you want during your rental period.

What happens if the car breaks down?

All our vehicles are regularly maintained and in excellent condition. In the rare event of a breakdown, we provide 24/7 roadside assistance. Contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement vehicle or repair.

Can I drive the car outside of Kosovo?

Yes, you can drive our rental cars to neighboring countries (Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia). Please inform us in advance and ensure you have all necessary documents for border crossing.

How do I extend my rental period?

To extend your rental, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled return time. Extension is subject to vehicle availability and may incur additional charges.
